Our tours are beginner-friendly. If you can ride a bicycle on flat city terrain, you can participate.
Tours start and end at the bench in front of the Whistler Skate Park. Please refer to this link for the exact location.
We recommend checking in 15 minutes before the tour begins. This time includes signing the waiver and receiving your equipment.
As part of our protocol, we kindly ask all participants to sign four different agreements before the tour begins: the Liability Waiver, Media Release Agreement, Damage Liability Agreement, and Safety Rules and Guidelines Agreement. You can review these documents through [this link]. You may sign them in person upon arrival. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
We provide bicycles and helmets as part of the tour. You are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer.
It is advisable to bring water and sunglasses for the tour. Here are some attire guidelines to consider:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities.
Shoes should fully cover your feet with no skin exposed.
Avoid wide or baggy pants as they might get caught in equipment or on trails, posing a safety risk.
Depending on trail conditions, clothes may get dirty from soil.
Tipping is not mandatory. However, if you had a particularly enjoyable experience, you are welcome to show your appreciation to your guide!
Participants must be able to ride a regular bicycle independently on flat terrain.
The minimum height requirement is 150 cm (approximately 4 feet 11 inches).
The maximum weight limit is 120 kg (approximately 265 pounds).
The tours are open to individuals aged 16 and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
Scenic Valley Ride can accommodate up to 9 participants, while the Mountain Breeze Tour can host up to 6 participants.
Tours are conducted in most weather conditions. If the weather makes the tour unfeasible, we will assist with rescheduling.
Refunds are not available within two days of the tour. A 70% refund can be issued if canceled at least one week prior to the tour. Otherwise, a full 100% refund will be provided. If the tour is canceled due to severe weather or environmental conditions, a complete refund of 100% will be granted.
If you come across challenging parts, you can skip them without any problem!
